Celebrating the Season of Giving

Two thousand seven hundred and fifteen dollars. That is how much in gift cards our team has raised for local families in need as part of the Connected Nation "Season of Giving." This means that we will be able to help ten families with funds to buy food, fuel, clothes, and gifts this Christmas. What's more, any extra will go to the Woodsfield, OH community toy & clothing drive to help the families affected by recent job loss. St. George Dorchester County Library Offers Hi-Tech Help

The St. George location of the Dorchester County Library is one of two locations of the county libraries, with the other in Summerville. This location offers free computer access and computer courses for those who do not have home broadband or computer access. The Summerville location also offers many of these same services. Some services other than computer classes offered in the fall and spring include eReader Assistance, E-mail and Word How-To sessions, and the “Book-A-Librarian” service.
