Connect South Carolina Releases New Broadband Availability Figures in Support of GIS Day

Explore New Access Tables View the Maps On November 20 and in support of GIS Day, Connect South Carolina released new broadband analysis showing the broadband availability gap in South Carolina is shrinking with notable increases in mobile wireless broadband. According to the latest data, 99.51% of South Carolina households now have access to broadband speeds of 6 Mbps download/1.5 Mbps upload, including mobile wireless. This is an increase of 5.05% (excluding satellite services) since April 2013.
